What happens when I book an event?

Once you confirm a package, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your date. The week of  your event we will send you an email for the remaining balance. The remaining balance MUST be paid in full 48 hours before your event starts. All events may be subject to additional fees.

Who provides the movie?

You are responsible for providing the DVD for your movie night. The movie must be in DVD format. 

What is the Weather Cancelation Policy?

We do not cancel events until 8:00 AM the day of your event. Final decisions regarding events are made no later than 8:00 AM the day of your event. We monitor the weather using . If inclement weather chances are greater than 50% we provide a reschedule date. If inclement weather is again an issue on rescheduled date, we will refund you your full amount. If you cancel your event on the rescheduled date, we refund 50% of total amount paid.

What is the Cancelation Policy?

Once you pick a package option you will be prompt to pay a nonrefundable deposit of 50% of total amount at checkout. A week prior to your event an invoice is sent for the remaining balance. Events must be paid in full 48 hours before your event date. Paid in full events canceled prior to 48-hours will receive a 50% refund. Events canceled within 48-hours of your event will not receive a refund. Within 48-hours of your event rescheduling is not an option.  

Do we hold dates?

Available dates are on a first come first serve basis, meaning events are not added to our calendar until the deposit has been paid.

When should I expect a Scoop Zone host to arrive?

A Scoop Zone host will arrive at your location 30 minutes to an hour prior to event start time to begin setting up for your event. A specific time of arrival will be discussed prior to your event.

What area do we service?

Scoop Zone, LLC services the Greensboro and High Point area. Any events held outside of the Greensboro/High Point area are subject to a travel fee.
